Welcome to your Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and/or Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) HEALING journey! I’m your host, J India. In 2021, I endured a life-threatening flare of what I believed was ulcerative colitis—I discuss what it REALLY was in the podcast! Since then, I’ve learned about IBD, CIRS, mold toxicity, biotoxin illness, and healing from a mind-body-soul perspective. The topics I cover are: root causes of IBD, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, SIBO, mold toxicity, biotoxin illness, HLA gene, MARCoNS, MSH, MAST Cell Activation, parasites, heavy metals, Candida, viral load, actinos, Lyme disease, diet, exercise, supplementation, emotional trauma symptoms, addressing trauma in the body, calming the nervous system, and holistic and naturals ways to heal yourself. I aim to remove the stigma of IBD and explore its root causes, assist in making CIRS mainstream, and do it all with a sense of humor! Along the way, in my original podcast (Ulcerative Colitis: Autoimmune Healing Journey), I’ve built a community of experts and listeners that are profound and teach me something new every day. I’m affiliated with Root Cause for Crohn’s Colitis—a grassroots movement that educates the population on CIRS and root causes of IBD with research and findings.
